36 minutes - 2 times per week. This is our idea to take care of your health, improve your fitness, and lose unnecessary weight Milon is the most advanced training system - six weight machines, two strength stations, all adapted to your needs. Our training staff is a team of qualified physiotherapists. They will propose a safe and effective training plan and they will keep you motivated.
