HOTEL REGULATIONS
Ladies and Gentelmen, these regulations were created to ensure your peaceful and safe stay in Hotel Barczyzna, therefore we would appreciate your full cooperation.
Please read the following information:
- A hotel room is hired for a hotel night.
- A hotel night lasts from 14.00 to 11.00 the next day.
- If a Guest does not define the length of their stay, it is presupposed the room is hired for a hotel night.
- Hotel guest are obliged to fill registration card and provide passport or ID card number.
- Visitors who are not registered in the Hotel are allowed to be in a hotel room from 7.00 to 22.00.
- Night Calm binds in a Hotel from 22.00 to 6.00 the following day.
- If a Guest wishes to lengthen the stay beyond the time defined on the day of arrival, they should inform Reception till 10.00 of the day the room hire should expire.
- The Hotel complies with the request of lengthening the time of stay within Hotel’s capability.
- The hotel Guest must not forward the room to other person, even if the paid time of stay has not expired.
- The hotel provides services in compliance with its category and standards. In case of complains regarding the quality of service, a Guest is kindly requested to report it immediately to the Reception what will enable the Hotel to react.
- The Hotel is obliged to provide:
- Proper conditions for complete and comfortable rest of the Guests
- privacy of the Guests staying in the hotel
- Professional and friendly staff
- service of the room and any necessary maintenance work during Guest absence or in case of his presence only after his acceptance or request
- In case of any maintenance issues which cannot be repaired - provide and alternative bedroom (within hotel’s capability) or try to recompensate the inconvenience in any other possible way
- On Guest request Hotel provides the following services free of charge:
- Tourist and travel information
- Wake up calls
- Storage for money and any other valuables in hotel safe
- The hotel responsibility for the loos or damage of any items brought by a Guest to the hotel is regulated by article 846-847 of civil code. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, jewellery or any other valuable items or items of scientific or artistic value if those items have not been deposited at the reception. Hotel might refuse storage of money and any other valuables (securities, jewellery, items of scientific or artistic value, ect.) if they threaten safety, have too much value, or take too much space compare to the capability of hotel safe.
- Any damage or harm should be reported to the Reception immediately.
- The guest is financially liable for the lack, damage or destruction of the equipment and technical facilities of the hotel resulting from his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
- The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay has grossly violated the Hotel Regulations causing damage to hotel property or guests or damage to the Guest, hotel staff or other people staying at the hotel or in another way disturbed the peaceful stay of the guests or the functioning of the hotel.
- Personal belongings left by the outgoing Guest will be sent to the address indicated (at the expense of the addressee). If you do not receive such instructions, the Hotel will store these items for 1 month.
- The facility is strictly non-smoking, and in the rooms there are sensors detecting smoke and activating the alarm system.
- Guarantee and cancellation terms:
A reservation made and confirmed in a written form is a guaranteed reservation. This means that the guest can occupy the room any time during the day of the hotel, but if he / she does not take advantage of this accommodation and cancels his / her reservation in advance, he / she will have to cover the cost of accommodation. - In case of cancellation of the Guest during the hotel day, the Hotel has the right to charge the Guest for the entire stay.
- Children under the age of 12 should be in the Hotel under the constant supervision of legal guardians.
- A hotel guest has the right to use during the stay at the Hotel for catering services and paid recreation services. At the Guest's request, the Reception is required to issue an invoice after the appropriate data has been provided by the Guest.
- The hotel allows the use of accommodation services for guests with pets (cats, dogs) after the following conditions have been met:
• Reporting this fact at the Hotel Reception upon arrival at the Hotel
• Pay the appropriate fee according to the current price list.
• Submission of valid relevant veterinary certificates on the health condition of animals to the reception desk. - The hotel guest bears full responsibility for damages caused by the animal.
- The hotel guest is obliged to observe the fire protection regulations. located in the information folder in the room.
- The data are processed in accordance with art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Act of 04.05.2016).). The administrator of personal data is HB Sp. z o.o. Contact with the Administrator is possible at the address rodo@hotelbarczyzna.pl. Personal data will be processed in order to provide the service - pursuant to Act. 6 item. 1 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016. Recipients of personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data. Personal data will be stored based on a legitimate interest pursued by the administrator. The guest has the right to request the administrator to access personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing. He has to file a complaint with the supervisory body. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may make it impossible to provide the indicated service.
